Wow Sabatino, I have never known anyone who cures the prosciutto themselves at home. I would like to try one, must be really good, like everything homemade.

But I have been making homemade prosciutto for years, and to be honest it is dam better tasting., and lot more cheaper to buy the fresh meat and cure it yourself.
